We interpret the regulations and assist you with legal actions. This division of DGA can also help you set up your warehouse facilities, storage preparations, dangerous goods handling and emergency procedures. In general, the interpretations of the mandatory requirements of the US Department of Transportation and international regulations for the proper preparation and safe transport of hazardous materials.

We also offer the following services:

Provide updates/changes of 49-CFR, IATA, ICAO and IMO.

Liaison between your company and the DOT (in the event the General Counsel of the DOT files a “Proposed Civil Penalty”). DGA will litigate most cases to significantly reduce fines and/or eliminate them altogether.

Prepare warehouse to DOT/TSA standards.

Prepare MSDS “Material Safety Data Sheets”.

Provide 24 hour emergency response telephone number as required by 49CFR and IATA USG-12.
